The EMS Legacy Act was drafted into House Bill 99 (HB99) and has been presented to the New Mexico Legislature by Representative Jose Campos of Santa Rosa, and is now headed to various committees to be discussed.

House Bill 99 and is scheduled to be heard by the House Health and Governmental Affairs Committee Thursday, January 28 at 8:30AM in Room 309 at the Roundhouse. Please educate yourself on this Bill and take the appropriate step you feel are warranted.
